To order online simply follow the steps below:
- Add an item to your shopping cart by selecting the size and color if applicable and the quantity in the box for that item.
- After selecting all the items you want, you may view your cart or proceed directly to checkout.
- When you proceed to checkout you will be shown your shopping cart for review. Click on "checkout."
- Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been confirmed. You'll know this when we say thank you and give you an order number.
- You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order. The first will confirm again that your order was received; the second will confirm that your order was shipped.
- If this is your first time placing an order, you will be asked to register.
PO Box orders
We do not ship orders to PO Boxes at this time.
International Orders
We do not ship outside the 50 US states at this time
Order Confirmation
If you provide your email address when placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and order number shortly after you complete your order. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail when the order is shipped.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover in our online store. If you would like to make other payment arrangements please contact us via email for instructions.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. California sales tax will be added, where applicable, only on goods shipping within California.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly replace or exchange it or issue a store credit.
Returns are easy. To request a return authorization please e-mail us or login to your account (for registered users only).
Creating return requests (registered users)
To create a product return request:
- Select Orders history from Your cart menu.
- Search for the order you would like to create a return request for.
- Click on its number or status, and the Order details page opens.
- Scroll down to the Create return request form. (Note. If you do not see the Create return request form on the Order details page, the creation of the return request is impossible. It means that it is past the allowable return and exchange period. Please contact us at customerservice@giftofstyle.com)
- Set the amount of the product(s) you want to return.
- Select the reason for returning.
- Select the action you would like the store administration to do for you.
- Leave your comments, if necessary.
- Click on Create.
Once your return has been authorized mail your merchandise and a copy of your invoice to:

All returned goods must be shipped back to us in an appropriate size box with appropriate packaging materials. Shipping charges or rush charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that merchandise be returned via UPS or USPS with proof of delivery.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any amount for purchasing merchandise in our online store. To purchase or redeem gift certificates use the gift certificate entry in the checkout area.
Shipping and Handling
Most purchases are shipped from our California warehouse within 24 hours of the order’s receipt. Orders are generally shipped via Federal Express (Fedex and are delivered within 5-7 business days. You may select from various options for faster delivery time. Call customer service to verify delivery time to your address. Charges are calculated online during the checkout process. We do not process or ship products on weekends or major holidays observed by Fedex.
Security Policy
Gift of Style has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in the giftofstyle.com ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Web site, and you do so at your own risk.
To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our Web site, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.

We guarantee that the products you order from us are in perfect condition at the time we ship them to you. We take every precaution in checking your merchandise before we ship it. We also insure that it is packed to protect it in transit to you.
